These terms cover how you may use Betsio, our website and the accounts you hold with us. They sit alongside our privacy policy and cookie policy, and together the three documents set out the basis on which we offer our casino and sportsbook to you.
By registering an account or continuing to browse the site, you accept these terms as they stand at the time you use it. We recommend reading the sections on liability and acceptable use in particular, since those are the ones that affect you most directly.
What this site is
Betsio is operated by TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-913501. We hold a licence issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence number ALSI-202410047-FI2.
Payment processing on our site is carried out by our authorised payment agent, Xyrona Limited, registered in Cyprus. These terms apply to the website itself; the specific rules for deposits, withdrawals and bonus offers are set out on the relevant pages of the site and remain part of the agreement between you and us.
Acceptable use
You must be 18 or over (18+) to hold an account with us, and you confirm this when you register. You agree to use the site lawfully, to provide accurate information during verification, and not to attempt to circumvent any limit, restriction or self-exclusion we have applied to your account.
We restrict access from a number of countries. If you access the site from a restricted territory, or provide false information to get around that restriction, we may suspend or close your account and withhold funds pending review.
Accounts found to be operated in breach of our bonus terms — including the bonus abuse thresholds set out in our bonus terms — may have bonus funds and related winnings removed.
Intellectual property
The Betsio name, our branding, our site design and the software we use belong to us or to our licensors, including the game studios whose titles we host. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play; you may not copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer any part of it.
Game titles, providers and any promotional material on our pages remain the property of the studios and partners we work with. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that material to you.
Limits of our responsibility
We aim to keep the site available and our payment processing running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity issues or events outside our control can affect availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
Withdrawals are subject to verification before payout, and to the deposit-turnover and withdrawal-limit rules set out on our payments pages. Where a game malfunction or a clear error affects a result, we reserve the right to void the affected bets or winnings.
Our maximum payout per gaming session is €100,000. Winnings above €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €30,000 until settled in full; progressive jackpot wins are excluded from this and paid in full.
Data protection
Any personal data you give us is handled under our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Verification documents you submit are used only to confirm your identity and to meet our regulatory obligations.
Responsible gambling
We provide self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months and 1 year, and longer exclusions of 6 months to 5 years on request to our support team. Changes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
